Genessy Jaramillo

Genessy Jaramillo specializes in land and air rights sales across Manhattan, where she leads BKREA’s air rights business and works directly alongside Chairman & CEO Bob Knakal. In her role, she focuses on advising property owners, developers, and institutions on maximizing value through strategic dispositions, assemblages, and development opportunities.

Before joining BKREA, Genessy worked in retail investment sales and leasing at CrossMarc Services, representing clients throughout the Southeast in acquisitions, dispositions, and tenant/landlord representation. She began her career at Marcus & Millichap in Nashville, where she gained experience across multiple asset classes, including office and industrial.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Genessy is licensed in New York, Florida, and Tennessee. She holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida and is an active member of ULI, ICSC, and NAIOP. She currently serves as Chair of the Developing Leaders Committee for the NAIOP NYC Metro Chapter.
