Justin Rice-Moore

Justin Rice-Moore was formerly with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington D.C. for 5.5 years and prior to that was a boxing, kickboxing and strength coach, and personal trainer. With his strong positive demeanor and discipline from his prior experience in the fitness and law enforcement industry as well as being a local of the Washington D.C. area, Justin looks to help clients with their commercial real estate needs, especially those under served in the community. Justin has had the opportunity to participate as a local and national advocate for ICSC assisting in lobbying to push laws and support communities, specifically in the security and protection of retail and commercial assets alike. Justin continues to expand his experience in commercial real estate having the privilege of serving a variety of assets from medical office, industrial, and retail.
