Seth Samowitz

Seth Samowitz is Chief Operating Officer, focusing on the operational and technology aspects of the business and land sales in New York City.

Seth has been working in real estate and artificial intelligence for over five years as a licensed broker and founder of Vosa AI, an AI startup aimed at automating real estate prospecting.  

Previously, Seth played a significant role at TheGuarantors, where he led new product launches and partnerships, notably in renters' insurance with landlord compliance.  

Seth has been involved in AI, particularly from his time in the driverless vehicle sector leading delivery robot initiatives at Phantom Auto. His earlier career includes positions at Square, Uber Eats, and Good Uncle. A serial entrepreneur, Seth started his first company at 16 and sold it by 18, demonstrating his passion for leveraging AI and technology to maximize property values for sellers.
