For decades, we have worked with other brokers and real estate professionals who have come to us with opportunities either outside of the referring professional’s expertise or they simply wanted more horsepower to increase the probability of success for them and/or their clients.

Often, these professionals have been appraisers or residential brokers who do not feel comfortable doing an investment sale on their own or other investment sales brokers who focus on one type of transaction but not on the current type. In those cases, we are here to help.

We are happy to pay referral fees for simple information about a potential seller (provided we are not already speaking to the seller) or collaborate with you on a transaction, even co-branding and co-listing opportunities. You will have the ability to work shoulder-to-shoulder with Bob Knakal and learn how he does things and why.

To be a member of KAP, simply invest $1,000 as an annual fee which will be “refunded” out of the first joint commission made. Part of the program will include monthly Zoom calls where we will go over transactions that are being worked on, profiling a prominent KAP member, reviewing a training topic of the month, and, of course, ample time for questions and answers.
