Aaron Elihu

Aaron brings a finance background from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business to his work in development and adaptive reuse sales across New York City. He works with property owners and developers to identify development potential, value sites and bring them to market.

Before joining BKREA, Aaron was an Associate Mortgage Broker at Fortune Capital Group. There he supported brokers in underwriting and structuring financing for commercial real estate transactions. He was also a licensed real estate salesperson with REAL New York, where he represented tenants and landlords in residential leasing across all five boroughs. That combination of financing and leasing experience helps him advise owners on the full life of a property.

A native New Yorker, Aaron spends his free time playing backgammon, bodybuilding, or scouting new properties on a Citi Bike. He is also committed to giving back and volunteers regularly with his local synagogue community.
