Baruch Edelkopf

Baruch Edelkopf is a Managing Director at BKREA, specializing in development sites, redevelopment opportunities, and end-user transactions throughout Brooklyn and the outer boroughs. Since beginning his real estate career in 2013, Baruch has completed 109 transactions representing over $250 million in sales volume across middle-market Brooklyn and Queens deals.

With 13 years of industry experience, Baruch takes a hands-on, client-focused approach, leveraging his extensive network of zoning attorneys and engineering specialists to maximize value for each individual property. His commitment to continuous growth is reflected in his completion of the Certificate in Real Estate Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and his ongoing work with Massimo Coaching since January 2019.
