As one of the company's earliest employees, Jake was pivotal in shaping customer acquisition and retention strategies, contributing to significant company growth during his tenure.
Later, Jake spearheaded a partnership strategy at Obligo that established key alliances with institutional property management platforms such as RealPage and AppFolio, Inc. His efforts expanded the company's market reach and solidified long-term success for these partnerships.
