Jaskirat (Jas) Saini focuses on Land, Office To Residential, and Heavy Value-Add/Adaptive Reuse properties in Manhattan.

Previously, Jas specialized in investment sales at Coldwell Banker Commercial, focusing on office, retail, and industrial assets in the DMV area, encompassing both leasing and sales. Jas has a strong foundation in healthcare, volunteering as an EMT, conducting pulmonary disease research, and embarking on the journey of becoming a medical doctor. These experiences shaped his service and client oriented approach to commercial real estate.

Jas possesses a Bachelor's of Science degree in Neuroscience and Economics from the George Washington University. With his experience in healthcare and the investment side of commercial real estate, Jas is positioned to apply a service-oriented and knowledgeable approach to assisting clients.

Since joining BKREA, Jas has worked on $212.7 MM in closed deals, $106.2 MM in deals under contract, and over $2 Billion in deals actively on the market. Jas’s expertise centers around the land and development space in Manhattan, particularly navigating the complex zoning and policy in New York City.
